    Rural Opportunities, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse additional Content from members who have posted allegedly infringing material, and/or delete the material, or to terminate such members’ accounts.

    After receiving a notification, Rural Opportunities will process and investigate the notification and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
